Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent to and confirmed by Exact Adventures.

 Regular tours:

• Cancellation 48 hours or more prior to the tour date will result in a full refund or customers can change the tour date free of charge.
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour date will result in a 50% refund of the paid amount, or customers can change the tour date with a rebooking fee of 30%.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the tour date are not eligible for a refund.

Charters, custom tours:

•  Cancellation 15 days or more prior to the tour date will result in a full refund, or customers can change the tour date free of charge.
• Cancellation between 7 and 15 days to the tour date will result in a 50% refund of the paid amount, or customers can change the tour date with a rebooking fee of 30%.
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the tour date are not eligible for a refund, or customers can change the tour date with a rebooking fee of 30%.
• NO SHOW = NO REFUND!

Credit card payments in favor of Exact Adventures are collected by ROVERD, Postbus 1062 1700BB Heerhugowaard (“ROVERD”). ROVERD will appear (as Exact Adventures) on your credit card statement.
